Adrian Bell is an actor, entrepreneur, author, and advocate for men's self-care. After spending a great deal of time observing men and listening to their unique approaches to relationships, love, and finances he decided to use his extensive knowledge as a handyman to start a movement to hold men accountable while building & equipping them to live the lives they were created for. He has been married to the love of his life, Brittany, for almost a decade and uses his experiences and lessons learned to help others. He seeks to "build a brother" one block at a time and inspire others to do the same.

In "Build A Brother: Lessons Every Man Should Know", Adrian Bell takes his readers through the classroom of life through lessons that he learned from his father and many powerful men throughout his life. Each chapter gives a lesson or "tool" that will encourage men to think beyond their present circumstances and push them to become the best version of themselves.

No man is meant to "build" life alone and his book is designed to identify the tools needed by every man to not only build himself up but to also build up another brother in the process.
